In order to increase personnel efficiency and achieve full compliance with established requirements the advanced HR techniques are provided at PrJSC «Severodonetsk Azot Association».

Educational Сenter

The specialized educational center licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine was founded on the base of PrJSC «Severodonetsk Azot Association».  All trainings there are held by highly qualified specialists and leading professional of the industry.  A number of engineering professions are taught directly at the enterprise where the special educational training and retraining system is adopted. Courses of study are realized in two ways: off-the-job and at the work place. Besides the skills upgrading employees can master cross professions. 

Personnel reserve

Integral part of the Human Resource Policy is preparing of employees for management positions. Personnel’ performance results as well as interviews, business role plays and testing are applied for detection of the potential candidates for management positions. Since 2012 future managers study the theoretical courses including basic management skills development, leadership and personal management efficiency as well as legal training, corporate culture and collective agreement. Temporary acting on management position is considered as the best way to train potential members of administrative staff in practice. 

Newcomers training 

To involve young specialists to work in the chemical industry, PrJSC “Severodonetsk Azot Association” concludes long term contracts with specialized educational institutions on young specialists’ preparation for the enterprise. Furthermore, plant's HR specialists offer the best students the management positions placement programs in order to attract talented youth on production site. During the probation period the students closely collaborate with chemical industry professionals and educational center engineers. The most gifted and ambitious trainees are included in the personnel reserve and further employed.


In 2011-2014 more than 2800 students received their work experience at PrJSC «Severodonetsk Azot Association»
